Two F-15E fighter aircrafts of the United States’ Air Force intercepted a small private passenger aircraft this Sunday near Camp David during the visit of the US President Obama.

This was the third interception in the last two days and fifth overall during last 30 days.


In latest incident, two F-15 fighter jets of the USAF were scrambled by the NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) to intercept a single-engine Cessna 182 passenger aircraft at 10:36 a.m.

On Saturday, a Cessna 210 passenger aircraft was intercepted by F-15E fighter jets at 6:56 p.m. Both aircrafts were forced by the USAF fighter jets to land at the Carroll County field, where their passengers and pilots were questioned by the US law enforcement officials.
